Tender beef in a rich coconut spice sauce.

Ingredients

  • 800 g Beef, cubed
  • 2 stuk Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 el Rendang paste
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 4 stuk Lime leaf

Steps

  1. Step 1

    Saute the onion until translucent and add rendang paste.

    Add the beef and brown all sides.

  3. Step 3

    Add coconut milk and lime leaf and simmer gently.
